Q:  Is the site secure?

A:  Yes it is secured by SSL technology.

Q:  What are the shipping & handling options?

A: We offer several flat-rate shipping & handling options:

Standard (10 - 14 business days once order is placed) - $12.00
Priority (5 - 9 business days once order is placed) - $21.00
Rush (3 - 4 business days once order is placed) - $35.00

**If you need to receive your item on a specific day, please contact us.

Q:  What is the expected delivery time?

A:  We do our absolute best to get every order out the door as soon as possible. Please note, many of our items are custom made so it takes time to produce and pack the item for shipment.  Rush delivery is available. 

Q:  Do you offer gift wrapping?

A:  YES!  Each of our items comes wrapped in pink tulle with white ribbon – a My Bridal Bling exclusive! 

Q:  Do you offer FREE shipping?

A:  Orders over $150 are Free Standard Shipping.  Use code FREESHIP in the promotion code field.  The FREE shipping does not apply to Priority, Rush or International shipping.

Q:  Do I have the right size?

A:  Please check our size charts (link to size chart page) for correct sizing.  Email us at orders@mybridalbling.com or call us at 650-776-9158 if you are uncertain and need more guidance. 

Q:  What apparel styles are available?

A:  Our rhinestone designs can be applied to a wide selection of apparel styles including t-shirts, hoodies, sweatpants, jackets, tank tops, etc.  The apparel styles that each design is available on will appear once you select your design.  Please call us if you do not see what you want, we can often accommodate special requests.

Q:  How do you incorporate the engagement ring into the signature designs?

A:  Our unique and exclusive engagement is hand set into each signature last name design by our team of designers. 

Q:  Are your products guaranteed?

A:  All of our products are 100% satisfaction guaranteed.  It is very rare for crystals to come loose from the shirts.  If this does happen, we will be happy to replace or repair defects.  For return information, please email us at orders@mybridalbling.com

Q:  What is your return policy?

A:  Due to many design and custom selections available our products are made-to-order.  For custom and personalized products, we cannot accept merchandise returns.  For non-custom items, all requests for returns or exchanges must be made within 7 days from delivery of the products.  All exchanged or returned merchandize must be unworn with tags attached. 

Q:  Are the garments machine washable?

A:  Each garment comes with washing instructions attached.  We recommend that garments be turned inside out before washing, using cold water (no bleach) and low heat in the dryer.  Do not dry clean.

Q:  How do promo codes work?

A:  Enter your promo code during checkout and click the apply button.  Your discount will show up once you proceed with checkout.

Q:  Can I make changes to my order once it has been submitted?

A:  You can make changes to your order within 4 hours of placing your order, please call us at 650-776-9158. 

Q:  How can I track my order?

A:  If you have not yet, please sign in or register to create an account.  Then go to My Account to view your past orders.
